The Small Bungee Handle is made out of 5/8" nylon so that it can be used with smaller toys than our Regular Bungee Handles, which are made out of 1" nylon. Simply thread the smaller handle partway through a toy (such as a Lotus Ball) to make a loop, and then thread the longer handle through the loop and pull it tight. You now have an 20"-long bungee handle for your toy as shown in the photo of the Lotus Ball attached to the Small Bungee Handle.
