Flexiness fitness products were created by a canine physiotherapist and certified canine fitness trainer in Switzerland. The products have been designed specifically for dogs; they are not human products that have been adapted for dogs.

The Mini PawDiscs are a great inflatable balance prop that can be used individually (in a combination of 2 or 4) or in combination with other Flexiness products to create many different exercises. For example, using 2 Mini PawDiscs, you can work on your dog's front end or rear end; using 4 Mini PawDiscs, you can do core work. Like all Flexiness products, the PawDiscs are made of very durable PVC.

The Mini PawDiscs are considered advanced fitness equipment for dogs, especially medium to large dogs. They will not be completely stable if the dog steps on the edge because the intent of the product design is to challenge the dog and have the dog perform precise, controlled paw work. You want the dog to learn to put his paws in the center of the PawDiscs. Changing the amount of air in the discs changes their stability which creates even greater challenge.

The surface is slightly roughened to give the dogs a better grip. We recommend using the Mini PawDiscs on yoga mats or other rubber mats such as the SensiMats

The Mini PawDiscs are 6 3/8" x 6 5/8" and 2" high.

PawDiscs are shipped inflated, but the air can be regulated with a needle pump (not included).

Packaging: The set of 4 Mini PawDiscs comes with 2 aqua and 2 purple Mini PawDiscs as well as a storage bag for the price shown.

Too light and slippery
I bought these because I was looking for a flat surface vs. typical rounded pawds. I find the material slippery and too lightweight. If the dog doesn't stay completely still on them the discs tip or the dog slides off of them. Not happy with them at all. In an effort to stop the slipping I glued yoga mat to one side and that stopped the slipping on the floor (which is on a carpet to begin with). ut if the dog doesn't stay completely centered on them with their paws, they flip. I will stick with my Totofit large pawds that never tip and are super heavy and grippy.
Comment from Clean Run We’re sorry that you are unhappy with the product and we’re happy for you to return it. The Toy PawDiscs are considered advanced equipment for dogs, especially medium to large dogs. They will not be completely stable if the dog steps on the edge because the intent of the product design is to challenge the dog and have the dog perform precise, controlled paw work. In general, if using heavier equipment, the dog needs less impulse control to master the piece of equipment. The owner of Flexiness has written an article on stable vs. unstable fitness equipment, and the need to work on both types, because it’s a topic that has come up lately. Here’s a link to it - https://gangwerk.ch/documents/DevelopmentCanineFitnessEquipment_P3.pdf. Also, carpet is not ideal for training. We recommend working on yoga mats or rubber flooring because the fitness props naturally stick to it. You only need a small amount of it to place your fitness equipment on.
