Flexiness fitness products were created by a canine physiotherapist and certified canine fitness trainer in Switzerland. The products have been designed specifically for dogs; they are not human products that have been adapted for dogs. 

Flexiness SensiMats are specifically designed for a dog's sensitive paws. The mats can be used on the floor or on top of other fitness equipment to help with paw grip and traction, tactile stimulation for puppies, proprioception, and posture. 

Flexiness SensiMats provide you with a portable antislip surface that has many uses:

• Use to improve foot awareness and proprioception without requiring balance

• Use to improve your dog's square sit position, a balanced stand, or heel position

• Use as a foot target or "go to place" target mat

• Pair with other balance products

• Put on surfaces that benefit from more traction such as an aerobic bench, platforms, or the Klimb

• Put on a rocker board or wobble board to improve the dog's stance and ability to shift weight

• Put under cavaletti poles

The mats are 11.8" x 23.6" (30cm x 60cm) and weigh 2 lbs. each so they stay in place. They are available with three different "nub" patterns, each of which is designed to provide different stimulation. On the V2 Wavy pattern, there are three different heights of nubs that are rounded at the tops and form "valleys" where the dog can place their feet. This mat is particularly good for stack training. 

The SensiMat can be turned over and used on the side without any stimulation nubs.
